There's this absolutely sick shot as they come into the front yard to knock on the door of who of course is going to be the demented doctor's house. There's quick close up on a little gravestone in the front yard that says my Neliba trichund. My sweet three dog. It's just bad there could have been a version where like he's grandfatherly and welcoming, so it makes sense that they would go in to receive comfort or something. But this movie doesn't engage in that at all. His face the skin is like drawn taught on he looks like a skeleton covered in parchment is the look of this guy. He has no duplicity about him.
