Is There a Breakdown Between Supervisors and Supervisors of Color?

As a non-white supervisor, it was unusual for me to end up working with white clients. I think the breakdown is that these conversations by and large are not being had between supervisors and supervisors. There's a list of cultural and racial background. So they're are deficiencies for everybody. How do we start that? All of those, how do we do it questions?"
