This is one of my favourite episodes. It's a conversation between me and Christopher, a US Army veteran from Texas. Chris served in the army for over 20 years. He fought in Afghanistan and Iraq, has a degree in psychology and one in philosophy, and he's the host of Wandering Vibes, a podcast about life and personal growth that I think you'll like.
