Is the United States Back to a Pure Intelligence Operation?
In the war on terror, intelligence and military operations were more tightly intertwined. That was very effective in the gulba war on terror. But what it means is that the c i a has less capability,. less resources, less bam with to do the one mission which is preventing strategic surprise. And in a world where you can't tell the difference between what the c iA is doing and what the military is doing, that's bad for the united states.
