What Is Totalitarianism?

And this is exactly what totalitarianism tries to do. It wants to expand everywhere for expansion's sake. In all its efforts, it tries to do away with any traditional structures associated with the state,. like parties, like politics, everything like that. Hence an administrative system that is totally inefficient, totally ill equipped to actually handle people's needs or help them.
