The Potential of Data Analytics in Primary Health Care
In australia, we're certainly seeing greater uptake of more inevative models in our hospital sick system. I think because of the way t at their structure, they have this potential to actually design a model of care that sees a patient through. We've seen that some of remote patient monitoring, through coverd. But i do think some of the data analytics that can be doneto help providers understand their community and understand the needs,. but then to also use the data to in conversations between patients inclinations, to help them make these informed decisions together.
