JP: A lot of recent grads and people would like to have careers like you guys had started in in derivatives markets at banks. And I think the important thing is to play the long game, be a good person, find a good problem to solve and develop products that people actually want. JP: Having a good skill set takes a long time to build but once you've got it then you can apply that into this new space where no one else has before.
