The Effect of Frequency on Strength and Hypertrophy

Bodybuilders have typically fallen on one to two times per week muscle group based split training where they do a moderate amount of volume or high, depending on their paradigm of training. The effect is meaningful until there are certain moderators that are analyzed. So this kind of says like, hey, it's probably better to do five by three on squats if you're training at a high load near to failure than it is to do three by five and actually push each one of those sets of five to failure.
