The Fall of Crime in America
The biggest story about crime in the last 30 years is that it has fallen by like 50%. And I read a really good Brennan Center report about this. There does appear to be like this revolution within policing where they're much more likely to use data. Like, some of it is just that like cops are getting smarter about being in the places where there is crime.
