You need fewer young people but you pay them more. Why not a combination of automation and raising wages. I think this is the largest like macro event perhaps of this decade is going to be the collapse of China. They don't have retail demand that can sustain their own economy they have to export to the rest of the world. And now they're in a demographic collapse so it's a very, very tough situation over there.
