The Importance of Office Environments
Where you work and the mode at which you work hugely affects your creativity, but also just general productivity. The open plan office was introduced without really much thought and with very little experimentation. I mean, email to me is always horrendous because my dent of being asynchronous. And we're putting no thought and experimentation at all into how you make those people most productive.
