How to Make Your Work Deeper
Not everybody's creative work needs to be that. Even if your work never reveals anything explicitly about your personal life, I still believe facing your own flaws will allow you to mine your depths. So it doesn't have to show up in a literal sense to create depth in your practice. Some artists have this autobiographical element to what they do and their identity is very closely linked. Their personal life is linked to the work that they're doing explicitly. And I'm not saying to make your work deep, you must be super hyper vulnerable and an open book.
