The term CHC is capability to handle complexity. It really has to do with the how far you've gone in stacking different levels of complexity of mental models. Josh, I like your description of their ability to stack information into create mental models that you can see and handle more complexity. But at the same time, we recognize that we're in organizations, so we need to match people's capability with the work that they do.
