I think china has a much more pragmatic approach to development. And its approach in sub saharn africa has been really a, sort of focused on building africa's infra structure. I think also india can play a role. India was very vocal at cop india was very honest about the fact that it relies so heavily on coal. It is going to be a very difficult process to transition out of coal,. and that they're not going to commit to some particular date or some particular set of words. They were very clear about that. So i think both china and india could play a very significant role, ina supporting african countries...and being champions
