How to Deal With an Unhappy Partner
If we get into a reactive state often what this does is it catalyzes loops of fighting or loops of fear and clinginess that then make the other person push away harder. i think in general it's important to try and avoid these types of things including venting onto a partner or complaining because just like anything else it's it becomes a habit. successful relationships are really about the most common experience being a positive one versus the mostcommon experience being a negative one.
