Is Metabolic Flexibility Something to Strive For?
Long term super lo carb. And the other end of the spectrum, as standard american diet, very high carb. So is metabolic flexibility something to strive for? It seems like a lot of people say it is. But can you go too far? Is that bad? Just strict qito? For i don't, i don't think it's bad. I'm kind of thinking long term ant that i want to be that kind of grandpa. That's why i adhere to a lo carb diet.
