Suppe Blocks

Super blocks are neighbourhoods of nine blocks where traffic is restricted to the roads on the outside. They could be implemented in different cities with different histories and layouts. The idea behind super blocks is that people can access basic necessities within their city block. This would mean they don't have some relief from noise pollution and air pollution from vehicles.
