How to Optimize Your Workouts With Five by Five Intervals

Five by five is like two by 20 for ft p. No matter how you do it, you can look at the factors and change interval lengths to make sure that someone is optimizing their time at max preload. One of my athletes, where we always keep the intervals under four minutes, usually like two to threeand a half minutes. A longer than that, what i find is that he actually has trepidation about hammering that long.
