Tate is being held for 30 days, according to most of the sources. The judge could now steps in and say he should be held for more than 24 hours. There's two other individuals involved in this situation besides Andrew and Tristan. It's not just them. So we don't know who the other two individuals are, what they're responsible for, et cetera.
