Using a Profile Pick of an NFT Is a Digital Art a Fact

There's nothing inherent in the nft verse that is self enforcing as far as the rights of these things go. So i could, right now, if i wanted, to grab somebody else's profile pick and use it as my own profile pick. If the person had a problem with that, they would have to try to take it up with twitter. That is the nature of digital stuff. Ones and zeros are infinitely copiable. But there must be a cultural level that enforces a stigma on people who would want to try to use a profile pick of an nft that wasn't theirsye.
