I think probably the biggest mistake I ever made was very early in my entrepreneurial journey and I worked in restaurants. No one has a budget for strategy or operations in food. They have a budget for marketing. So because I refuse to call myself a marketing person, refuse to acknowledge that what I was doing was actually marketing because I wanted to be a consultant. That's the hat I wanted to wear.
