It sounds like you guys are growing exponentially. Are you just really focused on cash flow right now or will there be a point where you just want to have some buy and hold investments for all of this? I'm just kind of curious what the plan is for the company it's such fast growth. We're generally holding these problems in the country 60 to 90 days on average. So it's a cash generating business and it generates a lot of cash but in order to offset that I need to buy long term properties in order to get like accelerated depreciation and offset those tax liabilities.
