Is This a Toxic Relationship?

If i continue to spend time with this person that maybe is toxic, well, how long does it take in your time with that person. If they start gossiping about another person, maybe you start engaging in that. That may not be the kind of person that i want to entertain some sort of relationship with. And that's not to say we can't have any conversations with people, but it's a matter of guarding our heart.
