Are We Going to Get Rid of Gang Warfare?

Gang warfare is so often the background of unlawful killing for all ages. Do you think humanity is capable of evolving away from that kind of activity? I think we need to unpick what is meant by the gang i don't know about you, because you're so much younger than me. The answer, i'm afraid, is we'll never get rid of it entirely. But history shows we've always had that sort of gangs. And why would you want to stop that happening?
