Companies with high developent velocity had really broken down their organization trade it these small, more autonomous and agile teams. The other thing that we saw was in assourcing in general, was that was a big driver of it creating this openness, colloboratev environment inside the organization. And then last but definitely not least, at say, open source ajunction, is that this one was interesting, because it's not that open source eduction i itself, gives uper velocity. But what we saw was that companies who already had good developer velocity were able to get great developer velocity by ting a open source an technology itself.
