Climate Change - Can Technology Save Us?

In Oregon, the pyro cumulus nimbus clouds were starting to create its own weather. And we talked about fire clouds, and then we talked previously about how that was part of the reason the town burned down in British Columbia. The fact that climate change is making these things happen more often makes me wonder if we're at 1.1 to 1.2 degrees Celsius now, what is 1.5 and what is 2 degrees? If we're going to hit 3C by sometime between 2015 and 2080, what is that going to look like?
