And i think that your second takeaway is that seeing this good in bad is really ultimately about making a choice. Eventually it becomes an automatic but when you first start that process, you know, i had to have it pointed out to me like a, here's the good things that could happen from this. You know, basically adversity all in your life for a reason. It's to make you stronger. People that are strong will get stronger from adversity and people that are weak will quit. That's it.
