The Intention's Based Morality

Nicha doesn't believe that our conscious motives are actually the cause and furthermore, there is potentially this calamitous innovation that one's intentions are what make you good or evil. And so he leaves the door open for a fatalistic approach to morality which i'll later describe in greater detail. This is like he's leaving open a virtue ethics approach to morality, a character based approach to understanding morality. So no surprise there that nita is a fan of that. But he thinks the intention's based morality, the morality that says you are a good or bad person because you chose wrongly, is a sort of pathological fixation.
