The Importance of the Least Natural Method to Deal With Organizational Decline
There is often an advantage in taking whichever path, exit or voice, that's least natural to the institutional context. He says potential harm of doing the common one is going to be much lower. So if it's really uncommon, leaving is no big deal. In the worst case, it's not going to do any harm. And i kind of think of acadaemi as an example of this, ike, people don't leave academia.
