The Rise of Drillers and Builders

The United States has the opportunity still to go through door number three of real growth. A lot of countries in the world today, they don't have it. The hollowing out makes it less likely that we will get to door number three. And so I've got to kind of stay optimistic that new technology normalized interest rates, we will be able actually to grow our way out of this over time.
