Nick Nixave is looking to sonify data as a way to bridge the gap between cold hard science and the cold hard cash that might help fix the problem. Lauren's dissertation was titled Long-Term Vegetation Changes in a Temperate Forest, impacted by climate change. She gave him her data set of trees with well over a dozen dimensions on every single tree. Nick just had to figure out how to access that story, which meant making sense of the raw data, all of it.
