Is Heperon the Best Treatment for Type 2 M I?

The treatment for type two m i is extremely unclear. The evidence on haperon shows that it stabilizes placs, intends to reduce micurdl in fuctions. But when you stop the haperon, there's your rebound in the number of micurd infuctions. So if you have a patient who is not going to go for stenting, exposing them to forty eight hours of hepron as medical therapy and then just stopping it offers the patient no meaningful benefit.
