I could really imagine myself in that person's position. And it was what I thought was so special about that dynamic. Because one that you had the bravery to let them do that and that you didn't have to have ownership over that whole time they were going to spend with you. But also I just thought it was fascinating how you could really feel as you described it, how that person was given power. Now that person may have been quite senior. You know, that person may be very accomplished in what they're doing. But in a particular dynamic when you're coaching somebody, you can choose to take away the power and you can choosing to share the power in the way that you described
