Ego is not bad but one of the sneakiest places that ego can hide is in spirituality. The more we think we're the doer the more afraid we are to just be because ego from that place there's this perception that if I don't do then it won't happen and I'm going to die. We've lost touch with the deep connection the already always connection to that innate intelligence that is what we are, he says.
