The Immaturity of the Branch

The client often doesn't know what the results are looking for. They just know they want something pretty and here's where back to the marketing dilemma again. And there is no seven year education of any sort for any type of work we actually do. We're still so young as an industry. No matter what anyone else says to you, we're doing really complicated shit. And we struggle to make it all string together. The companies themselves need to take a leap forward for the agency model to also take a leapforward and to innovate itself.
