How to Choose the Right Pension Fund Manager for Your Pension
In 2019, the government opened it up for all central government employees that you can choose a non-PSG pension fund manager also and a non-default scheme option. The employee is putting in 10% off the basic plus DA; the government is putting 14%. So there's a 24% getting into this every month, right? So reasonably large amount. And the employee needs to realize that if only 15% of this is going towards equity, then the chances of this over even a 25-year time or I have been able to do this are very low. But we run a number of retirement awareness and NPS awareness seminars.
