I could talk forever about this. It's funny actually in my own sort of career making science programs, I've done lots of programs over the last of 20 years or so about new bacteria that will eat plastic and mushrooms that make kind of plastic and corn. But also we can change really quickly. Like smoking is a really good example. Not smoking in bars seemed horrific in the mid 90s but then by January, it was totally fine.
