A lot of sellers right now, there's not as many homes on the market. With higher interest rates, even if the sellers want to move up into something else, they're like, why would I do that? It's not worth it. So people aren't putting as many homes onto the market. She says inspectors are terrible: "I've had all my houses inspected and there's always something I had my help my last house"
