Seattle's homeless task force nominated a guy named Thomas Whitaker, who goes by Raven Croft to join the board. In 2010, he was convicted of raping a 13-year-old and then in 2018, cops found him living in a tent with a minor. Young Apollo: "This is about equity. I don't care if they're a stretch defender. Everyone deserves housing"
