Is There a Bug in Your User Experience?
When it comes to bugs, I definitely recommend having just a separate category when it's something that is clearly broken. So there's the label. And what about things like bugs? Do you call that low severity, high severity, because sometimes they're bad, but maybe there were an intentional choice not to fix them? Yeah. But if you want to have that kind of relationship with your engineering colleagues, say, hey, look, we noticed there are some bugs with this experience. Let's get them into the tracking system. It's just a nice way to communicate.
