i think a lot of organizations don't have that fully figured out. A working mam came in 30 minutes late to work and her manager berayed her, you know, if you show up 30 minutes late again, don't bother showing up at all. And i say, this is the kind of area where firms myapically look it when an employe raises a concern,. There's thinking through this narrow legalistic lens, an like, are we on the hook for some kind of violation? Where itn' saying someone actually's making a great point here and doesn't feel respected this organization.
