The Complexity of a Church

I got approached to take over a large mega church in the US. I seriously weighed it, I wasn't at Connects anymore leading that. And Tony and I don't believe we were called. The people who are there now are doing a great job. All I could think about in the months I was considering it was all the obstacles that had to be tackled. Like, oh, this is our hurt. You think it's a big task and then you look at the job and it's like, it's a super big task. It would have been like, what's he doing? Why is he there twice?
