The Hydrogen Council still sees one in 12 cars sold in California, Germany, Japan and South Korea by 2030 powered by hydrogen. The fundamental energy economics of an 18 wheeler undertaking 150 miles per day of drayage are the same as for a delivery van or a private car driving the same distance. You just need a bigger battery and a higher powered charger.
