Kurtz's Aspirations for a Manager

Marlowe is part of a conversation between the manager and his uncle from the exploring expedition. He's able to hear parts of what they're saying and he tells us what he's heard. The manager complains about Kurtz, the mysterious Kurtz. Says that he has aspirations to become a manager and replace him. And that he has strange aspirations of wanting to civilise and moralise in quotes the African people that he works with. Sort of trying to turn them into a new society where the station manager's like, "Who cares, just use them, get the ivory"
