In threshold decryption, the idea is you're going to have some kind of encryption key that is a chain parameter. And the decryption key instead of being held by one entity is going to be shared amongst all of the members of some committee. But until that point, nobody knows what's in there. So basically it's a way for a user to delegate a capability to reveal the transaction to the kind of set of the validators at large. We have having to trust, you know, each individual value. It's something that's only possible because the numbers already a shielded chain.
