Moelis: I got to know these people a little bit and they were telling me that it wasn't just the University of Michigan that it actually infiltrated or filtrated itself out to a lot of other business schools and universities in the country. What excited me about it was that it was the demographic they were touching that was consuming information in different ways than I was consuming information. And lo and behold, they developed the business plan and decided to make a goal of it. When doing that, they raised some capital. Three years later, they returned the money when Axel Springer took them over. He's also owns business insider and they returned like 14 times in two and a half years.
