"I agree with everything Carrie is saying and has said. I don't want to sit in long silences," Ella says of her therapy sessions. "A therapist who isn't self-aware or willing to sort of sit with their own mistakes, they won't say, maybe I should have engaged the client more." She adds that she's sorry for your experience because it just seems like such an easy thing to avoid.
