Is Oxygen a Good Source of Energy?

Oxygen is great for complicated life, cause it's a lot. But you don't necessary energymye. Yeiis good science fiction. Or what? Maybe they could use the radiation as as a source instead of the sky. Supercl my god. The prolem is, we'd have to hit it while it's alive and recognize it.
