Is the Scale Right?

Knowing what you want allows you to make better decisions in a crisis. Decisions later in the game more cost, right? If you can, you can screw up earlier and adjust earlier. It's an incredibly painful process, because how many of you have gotten a speck from a marketing person that's been a vague? I don't believe that.
