i think what he's describing is the death that was put on the listeners by the humans leads to maybe a weakness of them. They call out to odium, i think, or they kind of, odium works his way in and starts to abuse and eventually manipulate this power of resurrection. So with the beginnings of the desolations, basically we could consider that like odium taking the side of the listeners. And that kind of goes on through the desolation, of which there are a hundred.
